I graduated from the Lublin University of Technology in 2003. In 2009, I obtained a doctoral degree with honours, followed by a habilitation degree at the Lodz University of Technology in 2016. In 2024, I was awarded the title of Full Professor by the President of Poland.
Currently, I work at the Department of Applied Mechanics, where my research focuses on the nonlinear dynamics of complex systems. My main scientific interests include bifurcation and chaos analysis, carried out with the use of numerical tools such as MATLAB, Dynamics, TISEAN, COMSOL, Mathematica, and AUTO-07p. I also serve as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Vibration Testing and System Dynamics (JVTSD) and Mathematical Problems in Engineering (MPE). My scientific achievements have been recognised internationally, and I was listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Beyond my academic work, I greatly enjoy travelling and continue to dream of visiting remote parts of the world, particularly Australia and New Zealand. In my free time, I am passionate about sports, with football being my favourite activity.
