I  graduated Lublin University of Technology in 2003. In 2009, I obtained a Doctor degree with honour, and in 2016 Habilitation degree at the Lodz University of Technology. In 2024, I was awarded the title of full professor by the President of Poland.

I work at Department of Applied Mechanics exploring nonlinear dynamics of nonlinear systems. I am interested in bifurcation and chaos investigations by using numerical software as Matlab, Dynamics, Tisean, Comsol, Mathematica and Auto07p programs. Furthermore, I'm an associate editor of the Journal of Vibration Testing and System Dynamics (JVTSD) and Mathematical Problems in Engineering (MPE). I was named one of the world's top 2% (the World's Top 2%) scientists for 2021, 2022 and 2023.

I find a lot of pleasure in my work, but as I also love travelling. Furthermore, I still dream about visiting some remote parts of the world (Australia and New Zealand in particular). In my free time, I enjoy sport, especially football.
